The IT/ Technical Corporate Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across a broad range of technical, IT, and corporate technology functions. This role serves as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders and business stakeholders by developing proactive talent pipelines, executing innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is highly driven, consultative, and resourceful, with strong experience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and possesses the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

This role supports hiring across a broad range of technical disciplines, including Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering, Data & Analytics, DevOps/SRE, Network & Systems Engineering, ERP & Enterprise Applications, Product & Technical Program Management, QA/Automation, IT Operations & Support, Solutions Architecture, and Information Security
This role is fully onsite out of our HQ in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

What You Own
· Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and IT positions across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
· Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce planning needs, and evolving talent market trends.
· Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, social sourcing, talent communities, and additional recruiting channels.
· Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill technical positions.
· Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced and matrixed environment while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.
· Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and talent insights to influence hiring strategies and support business decision-making.
· Maintain accurate and organized recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
· Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies across technical and corporate functions.
· Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to ensure efficient and effective recruiting processes.
· Provide recruiting support to additional business functions and strategic hiring initiatives as organizational priorities evolve.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging recruiting tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of technical / IT recruiting experience required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms such as Workday or iCIMS preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools such as HireEZ, Paradox, Phenom, or similar recruiting technologies.
- Experience working in both agency and in-house corporate recruiting environments preferred.
- Proven success recruiting highly technical, engineering, and niche skill sets within competitive talent markets.
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active technical talent.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, and matrixed environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR, and senior business leaders.
- Ability to leverage data, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies to influence hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
