Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong functional expertise across Salesforce (SFDC), Data/Analytics, and Business domains such as Finance and Sales processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of applications and data-driven processes.
This role requires excellent analytical capability, documentation skills, process understanding, and stakeholder management.
SF BA Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; CPQ knowledge is a plus).
Experience with Finance and Sales processes
Lead Management
Opportunity Management
Pricing/Quoting
Invoicing & Billing
Revenue recognition concepts
Solid understanding of data life cycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.
Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.
Hands-on with tools like
JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio
Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred)
Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)
Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
