Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to support the design, development, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise grade digital platforms. This role operates within an agile delivery environment and focuses on delivering scalable, resilient, and customer centric applications that support critical business capabilities. The individual will collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver high quality software solutions, contribute to platform modernization initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts across the application lifecycle.
The role requires working in a fast paced environment with cross functional stakeholders, contributing to both strategic initiatives and ongoing product enhancements while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards for quality, security, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in end to end software delivery activities across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Design and implement application features and enhancements aligned with business priorities and sprint objectives. Support modernization initiatives including migration, refactoring, and optimization of existing applications and services. Develop and maintain reusable components, APIs, integrations, and shared services to improve development efficiency.
