Our priority is to make sure we hire welders that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are:

Refurbishing and repairing front-end and roll-off containers.

Performing MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.

Painting bins and contributing to overall shop order.

Repairing containers at customers site with company issued vehicle when needed

Delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

Licensed Welder

Experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding in various positions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills.

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and work independently.

Willingness to take direction and learn new skills.

Safety-conscious with attention to detail.

Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
