As Sales & Business Development Manager at HEBO, you help expand our position across both traditional offshore markets and the fast-growing renewable energy sector. The focus is on connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and translating these into concrete opportunities for our fleet and services.

The Role

Identify and develop new business opportunities in offshore Oil & Gas and renewable energy markets.

Position HEBO’s fleet, capabilities, and expertise in installation, decommissioning, heavy lifting, and marine operations.

Translate market insights into strategic plans, commercial approaches, and clear client proposals.

Stay on top of industry developments and gather intelligence to support HEBO’s long-term growth.
