Chief Concierge - Italian/French/Spanish/Russian Speaker

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Chief Concierge to lead our concierge team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a true hotel ambassador with extensive local knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering personalized, memorable service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the concierge and bell team to deliver world-class guest service.

Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.

•

Assist guests with reservations, transportation, directions, recommendations, and special requests.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, service providers, and tourism organizations.

•

Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and personalized service arrangements.

•

Ensure all guest requests are followed through promptly and accurately.

•

Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements.

•

Manage lost & found procedures in line with hotel policies.

•

Oversee scheduling, team performance, and departmental communication.

•

Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
