Job description
For an international premium menswear brand, we’re looking for a Product Manager Knitwear who understands that luxury is built in the details.
This is not a role where you’ll sit in endless meetings talking about “operational excellence.” You’ll work directly with ateliers, suppliers, technical teams, and production partners to make sure high-end knitwear collections are delivered at the quality level customers expect, and on time.
You’ll be at the center of the production process: solving challenges, improving workflows, managing quality, and ensuring every product leaving the atelier reflects true craftsmanship.
What you’ll actually be doing
You’ll oversee the day-to-day production flow across multiple ateliers and production partners. That means balancing quality, lead times, capacity, and costs, without losing sight of craftsmanship.
Some days you’ll be solving production bottlenecks or discussing finishing details with suppliers. Other days you’ll work closely with Product Development or Logistics to improve processes and launch new product categories.
You’ll play an important role in keeping production running smoothly while helping the organization continue to grow internationally.
