Fleet Assistant - Technomar Shipping Inc.

Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fleet Assistant to join our Operations Department. As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our fleet.

Key responsibilities

Updating system records for vessel scheduling, ship particulars, agency details, statistical reporting, and essential notifications.

Coordinating monthly documentation and financial tasks, including budgets, prepayments, and invoice processing.

Arranging key operational services such as agency communication, master communication, CTM support, and certificate renewals.

Assisting in voyage planning and reporting by updating schedules and processing operational forms.

Facilitating smooth interdepartmental communication and liaising with chartering, legal, crew, and insurance teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field.

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in the Operations Department.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English.

Technical Skills: Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office.

Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices.
