Job description

Our client is a marketing and distribution company of health and beauty products. Based in Sydney, they service retailers and e-commerce customers in Australia, New Zealand, other Asia Pacific, US and UK markets.

Job Description: Working alongside existing Part-Time IT Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our client's IT systems. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure. Previous experience working in logistics/warehousing/FMCG industries would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Work closely with various departments to help produce reports and automation solutions
  • Resolve any integration issues between our various systems & applications
  • Assist with moving data/tables from Access databases to SQL Server/Pronto ERP
  • Review existing process documentation and workflows and update where necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server & SSRS, along with other languages such as Python or Java
  • Preferred knowledge of MS Access database, Pronto Xi ERP, SAP Crystal Reports and IBM Cognos Analytics
  • Experience with system integration and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be BIR-registered and able to provide BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration) and willing to comply with PH government tax regulations

Additional Information

  • This is a part-time role , requiring 16 hours per week .
  • Work schedule is fixed on Tuesdays and Thursdays , during the day shift (Sydney, Australia time zone) .
