Digital Designer

Our new Digital Designer will be a core part of the design and creative team , focusing on customer experience and brand communications. You will have the opportunity to be an essential part of the research, planning, execution, and analysis processes and work across several different departments to create fun, creative campaigns that reflect our brand’s voice and personality.

What your role would look like

• Build an unforgettable brand experience across all digital channels including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Work on multiple brands and multiple markets.
• Ensure that our branding is consistent and in line with our voice, tone, and personality.
• Use your knowledge of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
• Have the opportunity to own the creative development process of all digital materials.
• Use your analytical skills to research customer behaviors to improve and create mockups for future designs.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative design environment within the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design.
• 2+ years experience in Digital Design or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the user experience.
• Great sense of aesthetics and a creative mind and is eager to design beautiful and functional solutions.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects skills are a plus.
• An extensive portfolio of tried and tested designs that clearly demonstrates your creative flair and passion for design.
• The ability to accept and contribute to thoughtful critique.
• Structured, self-motivated and able to manage your projects and your own time.
• Good at keeping deadlines.
