Grade: L3 Location: Islamabad, Pakistan Division: Enterprise Solutions
Role Purpose
Support the Head PMO-Enterprise Solutions in driving strategic priorities, enterprise-wide transformation programs, executive governance, and cross-functional initiatives. The role will serve as the central coordination point between Business Units, Corporate Functions, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment, accountability, timely execution, and effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Management
- Drive planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives sponsored by the President and Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop project plans, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation actions.
Executive Governance & Leadership Support
- Prepare executive dashboards, strategic presentations, briefing materials, and management updates.
- Coordinate leadership reviews, steering committees, business reviews, and executive forums.
- Ensure effective tracking and closure of executive action items and key decisions.
Cross-Functional Program Coordination
- Drive alignment across Business Units, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, and Corporate Functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure clarity of ownership, timelines, and deliverables.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies and execution challenges through structured governance.
PMO Operations & Sales Cadence Governance
- Maintain centralized tracking of strategic projects, key initiatives, and leadership commitments.
- Support weekly governance forums, deep-dive sessions, and follow-up mechanisms to ensure execution discipline.
- Ensure consistency in reporting standards, project documentation, action tracking, and management visibility.
Transformation & Organizational Priorities
- Support enterprise transformation programs and special projects assigned by executive leadership.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and coordination activities required to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead ad hoc initiatives and high-priority assignments requiring executive-level coordination.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, Corporate Planning, Consulting, or Program Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Telecom, technology, consulting, or large enterprise experience preferred.
