Job description

About NOSIS NOSIS is a boutique investment advisory firm based in Chalandri. We help ambitious Greek companies — hotel groups, manufacturers, real estate developers, SaaS and EdTech founders — finance their next growth phase through a combination of bank lending and EU-funded instruments: corporate loans, ΕΣΠΑ grants, RRF/ΤΑΑ loans, Αναπτυξιακός Νόμος, ΤΕΠΙΧ ΙΙΙ and InvestEU. Most of our deals are blended structures, where a bank facility sits alongside a grant or subsidized loan. Deal sizes typically range from €1M to €15M+, and we work directly with credit teams at Optima, Eurobank, NBG, Piraeus and Alpha, as well as with the relevant managing authorities.

We are a senior-heavy team of 8 where consultants work side-by-side with Managing Partners on substantive files — not on slide decks for someone else's meeting.

The role You will own a portfolio of financing mandates end-to-end. Day-to-day, that means:

Structuring financing packages that combine bank debt with ΕΣΠΑ grants, RRF/ΤΑΑ loans, or Αναπτυξιακός Νόμος support

Drafting ΕΣΠΑ and RRF/ΤΑΑ applications: business plans, evaluation criteria justifications, budgets, technical descriptions

Building business plans and financial models from a blank Excel sheet — P&L, cash flow, DSCR, IRR/NPV, sensitivity

Writing the documents that bank credit committees and managing authorities actually read: investment memos, financial justifications, risk narratives, DNSH and EU Taxonomy compliance reports

Managing submissions through ΟΠΣΚΕ / ΟΠΣ ΑΑ and the back-and-forth with both evaluators and bank credit officers through to approval and disbursement

Post-approval implementation: drawdowns, progress reports (αιτήματα επαλήθευσης / πληρωμής), modifications, compliance

Acting as the day-to-day client contact across 5–10 parallel mandates

The ideal candidate has lived in both worlds : knows how a Greek bank credit committee evaluates a file, and knows how an ΕΣΠΑ/ΤΑΑ evaluator reads a business plan.

  • 5+ years combining business financing and Greek EU-funded programs — typically from an advisory boutique, a Big 4 grants/financing practice, a bank corporate/SME credit role, or a CFO/financial controller seat managing active grant and lending files
  • Hands-on ΕΣΠΑ experience is essential — you've personally written applications, defended evaluations, and managed implementations through ΟΠΣΚΕ
  • You can build a three-statement financial model from scratch and defend every assumption to a credit committee
  • You can read a balance sheet and immediately spot what a credit officer will challenge
  • Native or fluent Greek and strong professional English (deliverables go out in both)
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Business; Master's preferred
  • Sharp writer — a vague business plan kills a file before it reaches credit or evaluation

What we offer

  • Senior-market compensation with a performance component tied to closed deals
  • Direct mentorship from the Managing Partner and real client ownership from day one
  • Exposure to AI-augmented workflows — we are early adopters and build proprietary tools to scale the practice
  • A serious, low-bureaucracy environment where good work is visible and rewarded
