General Dentist On Pointe Dentistry - Phoenix, AZ
Location: On Pointe Dentistry - Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Full Time ( Monday - Thursday) Compensation: W-2 Employment | 30% of Collections + Daily Guarantee During Ramp-Up Period Patient Mix: PPO/ FFS Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits.

United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market.
We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment.
Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care
- Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care

Required
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Dental License in Arizona
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Invisalign® Certification
- Implant Restoration Experience
Preferred
- Implant Placement Experience
- Cosmetic dentistry experience
- Endodontic experience
- Oral surgery experience
- Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
