Job description

Uni Systems, is looking on behalf of Quest Holdings SA , the parent company of Quest Group, for a Legal Advisor to join our Group Legal Department team.

As a key legal advisor to the business , you will help shape bidding strategies, manage legal risks, support contract negotiations and execution, and provide practical legal guidance to stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle. In parallel, you will contribute to commercial and corporate legal matters across company.

The role reports to the Legal Unit Manager.

For this Legal Advisor position we expect you to

  • Provide legal support throughout all stages of public procurement procedures, from tender participation to contract execution and completion.
  • Advise on public procurement legislation and resolving legal issues arising during tender procedures and contract performance.
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts with customers, consortium partners, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage pre-contractual appeals, legal remedies and disputes, coordinating with external legal counsel where required.
  • Advise business stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks and supporting decision-making with practical, business-oriented legal guidance.
  • Support corporate, commercial and operational matters across Uni systems sub-Group, including the review and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Master’s degree in Public Law will be considered a plus.
  • At least seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in public procurement, commercial contracts or a related legal field.
  • Previous experience in the ICT/Technology sector will be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and provide practical legal solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
