ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Agent Producer, you will work closely with an established agency owner, learning the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business. Our comprehensive training covers every aspect of sales, client service, agency operations, and leadership, ensuring you are well-prepared for the responsibilities of future agency ownership.
You will help clients protect what matters most by offering coverage across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines. Along the way, you’ll build expertise, confidence, and your own client base—positioning you to eventually operate your own agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow and maintain a client base through networking, prospecting, and community involvement
- Offer personalized insurance advice, tailoring solutions to individual client needs
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships through effective communication and regular policy reviews
- Meet and exceed sales goals while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Learn the operational and strategic essentials of agency management
- Stay current on industry trends and Farmers Insurance products
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for business ownership
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
