Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join Human Capital team in the automotive sector. This role will serve as a key partner to business leaders and employees, providing both strategic and hands-on support across core HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an HR Generalist, solid experience in a fast-paced automotive or manufacturing environment, and the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. This position requires outstanding executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a high level of English proficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for assigned business areas.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support leaders in aligning people strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and support core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement, training, and offboarding.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, organizational challenges, and people management practices.
  • Support disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and labor-related matters in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and consistent HR service delivery.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Solid experience as an HR Generalist is required.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and general HR practices.
  • Experience supporting managers and leadership teams in both operational and strategic HR matters.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
