Context: The position focuses on industrial and pharmaceutical environments, with a high volume of projects (~300), requiring strong technical maturity and autonomy.
Responsibilitites: The role covers the design, update, and management of electrical CAD documentation for a wide range of site projects (laboratories revamping, building connections, lighting, equipment power supply, etc.). Typical tasks include producing and maintaining drawings, managing the graphical database, validating and challenging technical requests, performing site measurements, aligning external partners with internal CAD standards, supporting project execution, and participating in design reviews. The designer must propose solutions rather than simply execute requests, work with various CAD tools, and navigate frequently between multiple projects and scopes.

- Not suitable for profiles relying only on short training courses
- Strong expertise with EPLAN and Elec Calc
- Industrial background (not residential/tertiary). Pharma experience is a significant asset.
- Ability to challenge technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Solid experience in electrical CAD production from concept to as-built.
- Ability to handle many parallel projects with rigor and autonomy.
- French fluency; English B2 due to tools and occasional meetings.
- On-site presence required; ability to travel on site and access electrical panels (BA4-level access or equivalent).
- Real mastery of CAD tools (not a short-term training level)
- Reliability in managing CAD standards, documentation, and data consistency.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the pharma industry.
- Knowledge of ProjectWise (document management).
- Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM.
- Experience with legal and regulatory electrical frameworks (RGIE, etc.).
- Personal vehicle for an easier acces on site.
- Flexibility in managing multiple scopes (admin buildings, production, outdoor installations).
