As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the chance to work alongside industry experts, collaborate on exciting projects, and network with like-minded individuals who share your passion for excellence. Your Journey:
Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas included but not limit to:
Sales:
- Be part of the Sales Cycle process from Data Mining, building leads, relationship building to support actual selling and continuous development of future sales opportunities
- Achieving revenue targets together with Sales Team towards business goals
- Generate leads through various channels, prepare compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in a professional manner.
Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of various event marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, website content, social media posts).
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Engaged in Customer Relationship Management.
Event Planning and Operations:
- Support the design of the Event experience in line with of the portfolio strategy
- Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships
- Negotiate with venues and suppliers together with Operations and Procurement for Event specific requirements
- Contribute to logistics planning and execution for events.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with event management tasks, including vendor coordination and attendee registration.
Who are we looking for?
- Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business or a related field.
- Passionate about the event industry with a strong desire to build a career in event project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce, Autocad, Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent in written and spoken English. Competency in other languages will be an advantage.
