Prime & Super-Prime Residential Real Estate Greece Sotheby’s International Realty
Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury real estate brokerage in Greece, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Thessaloniki & Halkidiki. to lead and develop our operations on the island.
This is a senior commercial role with full responsibility for building the area platform: developing market presence, securing prime and super-prime listings, recruiting and mentoring agents, and representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand at the highest level.
The role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic market development and offers the opportunity to shape the long-term growth of one of Greece’s most important luxury destinations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Greece Sotheby’s International Realty’s sales operations in Thessaloniki & Halkidiki.
- Build, recruit, onboard, and manage a high-quality team of Sales Associates.
- Secure and manage prime and super-prime residential listings across Thessaloniki & Halkidiki.
- Personally handle high-value transactions and key client relationships.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: valuations, pitches, negotiations, and closings.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards, processes, and ethics.
- Act as the main point of contact for local developers, property owners, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with the central Athens-based management and Private Office teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM discipline, and pipeline visibility.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and authority in the local market.
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales , preferably in prime or luxury residential markets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow sales teams .
- Strong commercial instinct and confidence in negotiations and pricing strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of client service, discretion, and long-term relationship management.
- High level of organisation, accountability, and process discipline.
- Professional presence aligned with an international ultra-luxury brand.
Experience in hospitality, luxury services, or high-end client-facing roles is considered a strong advantage.
