The Role

We are looking for a proactive Integration Engineer to lead, optimize, and scale the organization’s technological infrastructure and operational workflows. This is not a classic development role focused on a single system. It is a hands-on, cross-functional position that combines integrations, automations, system operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization inside a fast-paced social impact organization. You will turn operational and product needs into real technological solutions that improve the experience of our volunteers, streamline workflows, and help us scale effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Translate operational, product, and business needs into scalable technological solutions.
• Design, build, and improve core processes across the organization.
• Lead integrations and system implementations across platforms using APIs, SaaS, and third-party tools (HubSpot, Make, CloudTalk, Landbot, Persona, etc.).
• Manage and work extensively with CRM systems, primarily HubSpot, ensuring high operational stability, efficiency, and seamless data synchronization between multiple systems.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Call Center, Field, and Leadership teams.
• Identify architecture bottlenecks, continuously improve existing workflows, and drive internal adoption of new organizational systems.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a significant advantage).
• Strong technical orientation with experience leading technological implementations, system integrations, or complex system workflows.
• High familiarity with APIs, automations, and modern SaaS tools.
• Coding or software development experience is a major plus.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• a genuine passion for social impact and desire to build tech for good.
