Job description

About the company: Our client, a leading beauty and wellness company is looking for a HR Manager. Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the talent pool.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies.
  • Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
