Our Client is a data center developer and operator in the Philippines. WIth the expansion of their business, they are looking for Data Centre Operations Officers .

Key responsibilities

24/7 monitoring of operational conditions
Reception and logging of incidents
Initial incident triage and classification
Provide remote hands services
Escalate incidents to the relevant persons in charge.
Maintenance of accurate incident timelines and records
Cabling activities such as cable dressing and organization, labelling, testing, physical cabling fault isolation and restoration, removal and cleanup of abandoned cabling, termination
Physical hardware support (observation and reporting only).
Environmental monitoring support
Escort visitors and provide access support when required.
Minimum a Diploma in a related field
Some work experience in a data center environment
Flexibility in working a shift pattern (Shift is either A.M. or P.M)
Ability in tackling cabling activities
