Job description

Optimal, on behalf of its client, one of the largest constructors of private and commercial swimming pools , is seeking a Civil Engineer for the Projects Department.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating technical projects from the design phase through to completion. The role primarily involves project management, design, coordination, technical support, and supervision, in collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial design to final delivery
  • Coordinate contractors and project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Monitor project cost, time, and quality
  • Perform basic design work using AutoCAD
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) for projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering (University / Technological Institute)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical project management
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with AI tools is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a structured and methodical approach
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability
  • Strong team player with a professional attitude
