Public Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of media relations and digital platforms. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute press releases and other PR materials to targeted media outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
