Scrum Master – Salesforce (USA)

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

● Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to

ensure timely delivery

● Track sprint progress, manage risks/dependencies, and drive continuous improvement

● Facilitate backlog grooming, estimation, and release planning

● Prepare and share Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery updates

Required Skills

● 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

● Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects (Sales Cloud, Service

Cloud, Lightning, etc.)

● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC

● Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile reporting metrics

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

● CSM/PSM certification

● Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams
