Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer Responsibilities

• Daily Cash application
• Manage electronic & Manual client payments
• Reconcile unapplied accounts
• Customer open credit Inquiry and Dispute Management

Qualifications Minimum qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
• I-Speak –6.5+
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
• Meaningful Experience in Order to Cash domain Preferred qualifications
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communications and writing skills
