A growing property services provider is seeking experienced Property Preparation Cleaners to assist with residential property handovers.

The role involves cleaning vacant homes after tenants move out, ensuring properties are ready for inspection and new occupants.

Duties include

Deep cleaning empty residential properties

•

Cleaning kitchens, ovens, and internal surfaces

•

Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal

•

Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring

•

Preparing properties to hand over

Requirements

•

Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience

•

Ability to work independently

•

Own cleaning equipment and supplies

•

Reliable transport

•

Ability to communicate clearly in English
