- Maintain documentation for commission plans, sales crediting rules, and calculation methodologies
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a key point of contact for Sales teams on commission and performance-related queries
- Explain payout calculations, performance metrics, and sales data clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance and HR to align policies and data definitions
- Process Optimization & Systems Enablement
- Drive continuous improvement in commission processes, forecasting and sales operations workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort
- Support implementation or enhancement of tools (CRM, commission systems, BI platforms)
What we are looking for

- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, sales operations, or data analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, complex formulas, large dataset handling)
- Working proficiency in BI tools (such as Power BI, Incorta, Tableau) for dashboarding and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial processes (accruals, reconciliation, close cycles)
What sets you apart
