What to Expect

A strategic digital leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and executing Zero Motorcycles’ global digital marketing strategy.

As the Global Head of Digital Marketing at Zero Motorcycles, you will drive the evolution of our digital presence, leading initiatives that expand our global reach, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate growth. You will be responsible for shaping and executing an integrated digital strategy that encompasses website, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, and digital innovation, positioning Zero Motorcycles as the leader in electric motorcycling. You will also manage a team of digital specialists, inspiring excellence and ensuring consistent global execution of digital plans.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global digital strategies across all digital channels, including website, performance marketing, email, and emerging platforms.

Lead the optimization of Zero’s digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximizing engagement and conversion.

Oversee the creation and execution of digital campaigns, digital ads, and storytelling initiatives that elevate Zero’s brand, products, technology, and mission.

Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences and drive demand for our products.

Responsible for successful marketing and commercialization of global online shopping (Direct to Consumer).

Drive CRM & Email automation strategy and execution, ensuring engagement across all touchpoints.

Utilize data and analytics to inform digital strategy, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for both short-term and long-term success.

Stay ahead of digital trends, competitive actions, and external factors impacting the business and digital marketing strategies.

Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent global execution of digital plans, maintaining brand integrity across diverse markets.

Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with product and marketing teams to maximize digital impact.

Ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists, setting clear objectives, developing functional and relationship skills, and owning career progression planning.
