What will you work on as a Senior Business Analyst ?
- Application Development unit focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining custom projects for our clients worldwide, specializing in mobile and web applications.
Who will you work with?
- You will join the Analysis and UX Team (AUX), which consists of a Team Manager, five Business Analysts, and two UX Designers. Each AUX team member works with their own project teams on dedicated products.
- One of the key strengths of the AUX team is a high level of autonomy in day-to-day work, driven by a proactive approach and strong knowledge of analysis theory, techniques, and best practices. We value everyone’s contribution, which can have a real impact on the direction of project development.
- We are a remote team whose way of working depends on the project - ranging from agile to waterfall approaches. We support both business and system analysis as well as the full SDLC. Team members work across various web and mobile projects, often independently, while AUX remains a shared space for exchanging knowledge and ideas related to analysis, architecture, and product design.
What tasks await you in this role?
- comprehensive identification of the Client’s business needs along with solution recommendations;
- running workshops and meetings for stakeholders, and moderating analytical sessions;
- gathering and analyzing business and system requirements from clients;
- modeling business processes and identifying potential areas for growth and improvement;
- interpreting and assessing the feasibility of business requirements and translating them into application and system functionalities;
- preparing functional and non-functional specifications;
- designing and documenting integration solutions (API, data mapping, flows between systems);
- creating initial solution architecture models, including proposed integrations and system components;
- creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle at both business and system levels;
- working closely with the development team to deliver business requirements;
- supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities and co-creating project proposals;
- vibe-coding and rapid prototyping for demo purposes.
You are the one we’re looking for, if
- you have the following skills:
- minimum 4 years of experience in analysis within IT projects;
- experience working with corporate clients in gathering requirements, analyzing and validating ideas in terms of feasibility, and proposing solutions;
- ability to model processes (UML, BPMN) and create project documentation (User Stories, Use Cases);
- experience in designing and documenting APIs, data mapping, and system integrations;
- experience working with development teams in both agile and waterfall methodologies;
- ability to prepare project materials enabling effort and cost estimation;
- experience in preparing offer analyses and collaborating with the sales department;
- knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and the use of AI in analytical processes;
- willingness to work in an international environment and travel for business purposes;
- fluent English - minimum C1 level;
- nice to have:
- ability to prepare system architecture proposals (high-level design);
- experience in system architecture modeling and designing reusable solutions;
- hands-on experience in projects for international clients, including clients from the Gulf region;
- you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
