About the role

For a high-impact transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Finance & Business Analytics Consultant. In this role, you combine strong financial expertise with data analytics to support better decision-making and drive process optimisation across the organisation. You will operate at the intersection of Finance, HR, IT, and Business, focusing on consolidating and analysing data from multiple systems. Your insights will directly support strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, and structure data from SAP and other sources.
• Design and build dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.
• Perform financial analysis and develop well-founded business cases.
• Monitor transformation and improvement initiatives using KPIs.
• Identify financial and operational risks and highlight key insights.
• Support the digitalisation and optimisation of existing processes.
• Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation.

Your Profile

• Strong background in Finance, Controlling, or Business Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Good understanding of SAP FICO (end-user level).
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data structuring.
• Exposure to transformation or process improvement projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent command of English.
• Dutch is a plus.
