Senior HRIS Analyst

The HR Technology team is responsible for driving digital transformation within the HR organization, leading the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions that meet the changing demands of S&C's data management and optimization needs.The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing HR technology projects, data, and processes to enhance the efficiency of HR operations and systems. Partnering with HR stakeholders and their customers, the Senior HRIS Analyst manages projects from intake through to delivery, identifying technology priorities, conducting long-term planning and delivering projects per project schedules, budgets and end-user needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst also serves as a technical point of contact and is a subject matter expert (SME) in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes/upgrades, and analyzing data flows to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.
