Competitive Pay

  • Monthly bonus opportunities

Work-Life Balance

  • Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Only 1 Saturday per month

Patient-Focused Scheduling

  • 1-hour recall appointments
  • 90-minute new patient appointments
  • Scaling and root planing appointments scheduled based on your clinical judgment
  • Average of only 6–8 patients per day

What We're Looking For

  • Current Dental Hygienist license in the State of Alabama
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and team members
  • Proficiency in all aspects of dental hygiene care, including:
    • Periodontal charting
    • Prophylaxis
    • Scaling and root planing
    • Dental radiographs
    • Fluoride treatments
    • Preventive patient education
