Physical Therapist

Licensed Physical Therapist | Full-Time

Location: Kent, Washington Position: Full-Time Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary: We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve movement, reduce pain, and return to everyday activities. You’ll handle evaluations, treatment planning, hands-on care, and patient education in an outpatient setting with one patient scheduled per hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and document findings
• Develop care plans with measurable goals
• Provide therapy focused on strength, mobility, and function
• Use manual therapy and other treatment methods as appropriate
• Reassess patient progress throughout care
• Explain exercises and recovery steps clearly
• Complete documentation according to clinic standards
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient communication skills
