Job description

On behalf of our client, a consultancy office in Limassol, we are seeking a Student Admissions & Administrative Assistant .

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Meet with students and parents to provide guidance and information
  • Assist students with university and college applications (Cyprus & international)
  • Communicate with universities and partner institutions
  • Help organise student records, documents, and application timelines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
  • Interest in education and working with students
  • Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
  • A degree in Education, Psychology or related field will be considered an advantage.
