Inside the Role

Develops and executes medium- to long-term sales strategies for a defined portfolio of existing clients across multiple lines of business. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business while driving revenue growth and client retention. Collaborates with customers to assess business needs and deliver tailored products, services, and solutions that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsible for managing strategic account interactions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of service excellence. Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations, proposals, bids, and product demonstrations to support business development initiatives. Monitors customer retention metrics, market trends, and emerging business opportunities to develop strategies that protect, grow, and diversify assigned accounts.

Engages directly with end customers and/or indirectly through channel partners to expand market presence and cultivate long-term partnerships. Proactively identifies and pursues prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and strengthen repeat business. Success in this role is measured through achievement of sales targets, customer growth, and overall business performance.

Position offers a starting salary range of $128,000.00 - $164,000.00 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Oversee and manage regional sales teams, setting performance goals and supporting their development.

  • Analyze market trends, product segments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Review and monitor all DCNA production orders placed in the plants

  • Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure coordinated efforts and achieve business goals.

  • Prepare regular reporting for production orders, and sales orders activity.

  • Manage NOVIS CRM system with internal and external sales team to maximize the effectiveness of the sales funnel management process.

  • Achieve set sales targets with the team.

Knowledge You Should Bring  

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience is required.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in automotive / commercial vehicle industry sales, or  technical sales management

  • 5 years of proven experience in sales/ marketing role in a Business-to-Business environment

  • Fine attention to detail & accountability is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.

  • Computer literacy Across multiple platforms including CRM software (MSOffice/SAP/Novis etc)

  • Independent self-starter, able to master various software platforms with minimal direction.

  • Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional conversation etiquette.

  • Problem-solving: able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products, programs and orders.

  • Time management and organization: master a variety of organization methods, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty and accountability.

  • Understanding and ability to explain complex product details and processes, act as a consultant to define most suitable configuration options, capabilities and subsequent processes.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have  

  • MBA or other relevant higher education

  • B2B environment such as commercial vehicles or capital equipment.

  • Start-up experience a plus.
