| Job Purpose
| To oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support strategic objectives, enhance institutional branding, attract students locally and internationally, and build effective partnerships with educational and media organization
| Duties & Responsibilities
| • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goal
. • Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team
. • Prepare regular reports to senior management on marketing KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with University policies and core values in all marketing activities
. • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM).
- Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).
- Strengthen the University’s brand image locally and internationally through events, conferences, and campaigns
. • Supervise creative content development (brochures, videos, social media posts)
. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose improvement initiatives
. • Manage the University’s official website and social media platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Department to align campaigns with student recruitment targets.
- Track and report on marketing performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates)
. • Organize educational fairs and promotional workshops
. • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational partners
. • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goals
. • Prepare feasibility studies for new marketing campaigns.
- Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).
| Academic Qualifications
| • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.

Approve and implement marketing campaigns within the approved budget
. • Recommend contracts with external marketing agencies and platforms
. • Direct supervision over all Marketing Department staff.
