Job description

| Job Purpose

| To oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies that support strategic objectives, enhance institutional branding, attract students locally and internationally, and build effective partnerships with educational and media organization

| Duties & Responsibilities

| • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goal

. • Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team

. • Prepare regular reports to senior management on marketing KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with University policies and core values in all marketing activities

. • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (social media, paid campaigns, SEO, SEM).

  • Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).
  • Strengthen the University’s brand image locally and internationally through events, conferences, and campaigns

. • Supervise creative content development (brochures, videos, social media posts)

. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose improvement initiatives

. • Manage the University’s official website and social media platforms.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Department to align campaigns with student recruitment targets.
  • Track and report on marketing performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates)

. • Organize educational fairs and promotional workshops

. • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and educational partners

. • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the University’s strategic goals

. • Prepare feasibility studies for new marketing campaigns.

  • Design and manage advertising campaigns (online & offline).

| Academic Qualifications

| • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in the education sector).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Turkish is an asset).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.

| Authorities |

Approve and implement marketing campaigns within the approved budget

. • Recommend contracts with external marketing agencies and platforms

. • Direct supervision over all Marketing Department staff.
