ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is for our partner agency Creative Milkshake - a creative agency with a studio based in Amsterdam, working with the world's coolest direct-to-consumer brands. We create social thumb-stopping ads that are designed to convert — that's our jam.

You’ve got an eye for content, a brain for storytelling, and the hustle to bring big ideas to life. We’re looking for a Creative Producer who lives and breathes short-form video for IG, TikTok & Meta. We need someone who’s just as comfortable behind the camera as they are leading a shoot, directing a talent, or turning a shot list into a scroll-stopping ad.

If your phone’s camera roll is 90% behind-the-scenes, you thrive in fast-paced shoots, and you’ve got a sixth sense for what actually performs on TikTok and Instagram, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE OWNING

🎬 END-TO-END PRODUCTION

  • Shoot and produce standout short-form content built for paid social with iPhones — the kind that grabs attention and drives results.
  • Own the full production process from start to finish: reviewing briefs and storyboards, understanding shot lists, sourcing props, linking files for the post-prod team, and scheduling shoots.
  • Direct talent on set with clarity and confidence, capturing content that feels natural, fun, and highly engaging.
  • Make smart calls on final shots to use — you know what deserves the final cut and what can hit the cutting room floor.

🧠 CREATIVE OPERATIONS

  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists and video editors to shape content that nails both the brief and the creative vision.
  • Communicate proactively with Account Managers to flag roadblocks, solve issues, and keep everything moving smoothly.
  • Own the logistics: scheduling, props, budgets, timelines — all the puzzle pieces that keep a shoot on track.
  • Confidently & autonomously manage multiple shoots and production sets with precision and calm under pressure.
  • Solve problems on the fly when things (inevitably) shift on set.
  • Keep open, timely communication with all creative teams to ensure shoots are planned and prepped well in advance.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on TikTok and Instagram, from trends and formats to creator styles and cultural shifts.
  • Bring fresh, platform-smart ideas into every shoot to create content that will perform.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–4+ years of experience shooting short-form content for brands, agencies, or studios.
  • Confidence leading shoots from start to finish: talent direction, timing, shot lists, and ensuring it’s aligned with the storyboards.
  • A strong balance of creative vision and executional precision — you get the shots we need, on time and on brief.
  • The ability to manage multiple briefs, shot lists, and production sets, staying calm under pressure and quick on your feet when plans change.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication across creative, production, and client-facing teams.
  • A high level of organization and consistency — you’ve got an eye for the details and take full ownership of your work.
  • Curiosity and awareness of what's trending across TikTok, Instagram, and the wider social media space — you stay plugged in.
  • Availability to be on-site at our studio where needed: from 10AM–6PM, Monday to Friday.
