About the Role

Level: 2

Contract: Permanent

Department: Operations

Location: - Senator House, London

The Client Transfer Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of client asset and client money transfers for clients joining and leaving the business. This role sits within Operations and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless transfer experience for clients, while maintaining full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.

The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of in-specie transfers, including coordination with internal teams and external providers, ensuring all activity is completed efficiently, securely, and in line with service level expectations. You will be responsible for liaising with the Cashiers team to facilitate the prompt and accurate movement of client money, as well as working with third parties to ensure the secure transfer of assets and tax wrappers.

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will track and follow up on outstanding transfer items, maintain accurate records by updating internal systems, and perform key checks to ensure the accuracy of the firm’s books and records. Close collaboration with other Operations teams will be essential to resolve queries and complete transfers effectively.

In addition, the role will involve the coordination and processing of manual transfers and STP transfers processed via the Equisoft platform. This will involve managing transfer workflows within the system, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring processing queues, and supporting the transition towards increased automation and efficiency in transfer handling.

You will support the Manager in delivering an efficient and high-quality service, maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes, operational excellence, and adherence to CASS rules. The role also requires flexibility to support ad-hoc tasks and provide wider team support where needed.
