Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Oklahoma Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team in a full-time telehealth role. The person in this position will meet with clients virtually, assess presenting concerns, provide therapy, and support long-term treatment goals. The role requires sound clinical decision-making, consistent follow-through, and the ability to manage a caseload while delivering quality care online.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy to clients during scheduled weekday hours
  • Complete clinical assessments and review client history
  • Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional concerns within scope
  • Build treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
  • Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant
  • Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions when appropriate
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • 2 weeks PTO
