Our Monheim facility is the workplace of 90 RD&E associates from 14 nationalities and serves as the European headquarters for Ecolab’s R&D activities. All research and development work for the Institutional, Textile Care, Food & Beverage and Health Care divisions in Europe is carried out here.

We are looking for a

Working student (f/m/d) – Packaging Engineering, Process Engineering, Global Sensors & Equipment

based in Monheim am Rhein

Your responsibilities

•

Support Process Engineering digital pilot projects and general design

•

Support (CAD + Solidworks) for Global Sensors and Equipment

•

Apply CFD and related simulation tools (such as ANSYS, Ludovic, and SimPla) to support digital twin development, virtual design activities, and data-informed scale-up decisions

•

Contribute to technology roadmap planning by identifying opportunities and advising on priorities for simulation and digitalization initiatives

•

Work directly with current Ecolab vendors and third parties for testing externally

•

Communicate cross-functionally within RD&E and additionally to corporate functions such as Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service

Your profile

•

Enrolled student in engineering (e.g. packaging -, mechanical engineering)

•

Good communication & collaboration skills, excellent analytical skills and ability to work in team environment

•

Good knowledge of digital systems, CAD and Solidworks, CFD simulation tools

•

Fluency in English is a must
