Job Summary We are seeking experienced Performance Testers to join our team at CIBC on an urgent basis. The ideal candidates will possess strong hands-on experience in performance testing, particularly with LoadRunner and NeoLoad. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, enabling you to define the technical foundation, establish governance frameworks, and mentor a growing design system team.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance testing strategies and methodologies.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to assess application performance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in performance testing.
• Drive adoption strategies for performance testing within the organization.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Good understanding of performance testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience in scripting with languages such as C or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) is a deal breaker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in performance testing.
