Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Developer with strong Generative AI knowledge to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role is pivotal in supporting business transformation by building secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications across front-end and back-end layers.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Architect and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Drive cloud deployment and infrastructure automation to support enterprise scalability.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders, particularly in the insurance domain, to design and implement applications that integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and AI-driven search into cloud-native systems.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in API design and microservices architecture.
