Data Engineer

Description We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst with advanced skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing sophisticated BI solutions, integrating various data sources, and providing actionable business insights. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in the field.

**Responsibilities **

• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Design and manage complex applications using Power Apps.
• Integrate, automate, and optimize data processes using Python.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into advanced technical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all presented data.
• Mentor and guide junior BI analysts.
• Drive BI projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements **

• Proven experience of at least 6 years in the Business Intelligence field.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, M, and Power Query.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps for developing sophisticated, customized solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for complex data automation and integration.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
• Demonstrated ability to create highly interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certifications in Power BI, Power Apps, or other related technologies.
• Experience with other BI and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
