As a Risk & Reg - TM Investigator - Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk Consulting practice. You will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients, offering guidance on compliance strategies to help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute reliably to your team, adapting to diverse client needs and challenges. You will take ownership of your development, consistently delivering quality work that drives value for clients and success for the team.

Responsibilities
- Conducting transaction monitoring and analysis to identify potential compliance risks
- Supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and programs
- Collaborating with team members to enhance regulatory compliance strategies
- Applying anti-money laundering compliance techniques to mitigate financial crime risks
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to inform compliance decisions
- Engaging in compliance auditing and reporting to maintain adherence to regulatory standards
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory compliance program maintenance and updates
- Participating in compliance risk assessments and governance activities
- Contributing to the development of compliance training materials and sessions
- Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
