Tri Lake Animal Hospital & Referral Centre is welcoming a Board-Certified Small Animal Surgeon to join our growing team. The perfect home for the outdoor enthusiast!

Tri Lake is situated in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, nestled between stunning lakes and beautiful mountains, and it is surrounded by inviting orchards and tantalizing vineyards. Our centralized location, in the Interior of British Columbia, also provides us with access to the National Parks that span the BC/AB border to the east, as well as the Canadian Pacific Coastline to the west.

We have been serving the Okanagan Valley and beyond for over 35 years, and house expanding specialty services including surgery, rehabilitation & pain management, dermatology, behaviour, and remote nutrition, along with a bustling general practice. Our caseload is rapidly rising thanks to referrals from throughout BC and a sustained increase in population within our referral area. We are actively recruiting for 24/7 Emergency and Internal Medicine, and remain on the lookout for Critical Care and Radiology.

The Facilities

The hospital is a 16,500 sq ft purpose-built facility with eight exam rooms, four ORs, in-house 64-slice CT scanner, Sound SmartDR+CsI, hands-free radiology equipment and trained staff, well-equipped in-house lab, supported by three external laboratories within BC, and fully stocked surgical inventory, including arthroscopy equipment – will purchase additional equipment to suit your special interests and expand service offerings!

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. The annual salary range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
