We are currently seeking a Small and Medium Business (SMB) Telesales Representative to join our team at Ctrack.

Position Overview

Are you a persuasive, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on the phones?

We are looking for a dynamic SMB Telesales Representative to drive the growth of our Small and Medium Business portfolio. In this role, you will confidently sell and market our comprehensive solution stack to both new prospects and existing customers. Your primary focus will be meeting monthly sales targets at optimum profitability while delivering world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Portfolio Growth & Profitability
  • Promote and sell the solution stack to new customers to achieve or exceed monthly business targets.
  • Execute weekly cold-calling targets in strict alignment with our customer visitation and sales strategy.
  • Consistently hit daily minimum targets for new customer presentations, clearly and persuasively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Maintain a highly accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure a swift closing cycle.
  • Proactively identify and action customer End of Term (EOT) upgrade opportunities in line with sales policies and SLAs.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Adopt a "first-call resolution" culture across all channels of customer communication.
  • Ensure your Customer Service Index (CSI) consistently remains above the 90% threshold .
  • Adhere to a quality, value-proposition-focused call cycle of 90% in line with company strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve client requests, contract renewals, installations, and billing queries.
  • Handle objections and customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and resilience to successfully close deals.
  • Customer Retention
  • Champion a "zero-churn" culture by actively measuring and managing preventable churn within your sellable customer base.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Matric Certificate (NQF 4). An additional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Call Centre Management is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in telesales and cold calling, preferably within SaaS, telematics, fleet management, or a related technology industry.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience working with CRM systems.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal), with proficiency in a second language considered an asset.
