THE ROLE

Sopro is building a data infrastructure where the Data Warehouse (DWH) is the single source of truth for the business. The Reporting Analyst plays a key role in making that data accessible - translating structured, governed DWH data into clear, reliable reports and dashboards that Heads of and leadership use every day.

This is a hands-on reporting role. You will maintain existing reports, build new ones to meet business needs, and write SQL and calculated measures where needed. You are a consumer of the DWH - working from data that has been prepared and structured by the engineering team - and your focus is on turning that data into something the business can act on.

Assuming the role, you will be proficient in reporting and BI tools including Power BI, Excel, and similar platforms, choosing the right tool for the right output. And you will be AI-native in how you work - using Copilot, Claude and similar tools as default collaborators in your reporting workflow, not occasional helpers.
