• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Virginia. This role focuses on helping clients work through relationship issues, family conflict, stress, grief, communication struggles, and major life changes through secure telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
• Support clients with relationship and family concerns
• Track client progress and update care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Virginia LMFT license
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• 2 weeks PTO
