Beyond Sports is an AI-based data analysis and visualization company delivering a new way to experience sports. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

As a Facility / Office Intern, you’ll truly be the heart of our office. You create structure in a fast-paced environment and make sure everything runs smoothly, even on the busiest days.

No two days are the same. You’ll support our Office Manager with the following tasks:

• Ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
• Supporting the Office Manager in daily operations
• Welcoming visitors and providing general support
• Preparing meeting rooms and workspaces
• Managing office supplies, groceries, and inventory
• Supporting onboarding of new colleagues
• Assisting during lunch together with our in-house chef
• Supporting internal events and gatherings
• Contributing to team activities and outings (e.g., sports events, themed parties, team drinks)
• Joining regular check-ins with the office team to improve the workplace experience
